You will receive an account statement every quarter, or monthly when there is activity in the account. In addition, you will also receive a quarterly portfolio review statement, which shows how the value of your portfolio has changed over various time periods.

Online Access

Electronic Fund Transfer - Transferring funds to your bank account

This service will allow you to request funds at anytime, to be directly deposited into your bank account. Payments can also be set up to transfer funds as a fixed amount each month or by your request.  This is a complimentary service available to all of our clients. 

        Requests for funds before 10:00 a.m. are same day for Royal Bank account deposits.

        Requests between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. will be deposited over night.

What is required?

        The Application for Funds Transfer form signed with your instructions and a personalized "VOID" cheque of where you want the funds to be deposited.

Pre-Authorized Contributions to Your Registered & Non-registered Accounts (PAC)

We can set up in your non-registered and registered account to have money directly deposited from your Financial Institution to your Dominion Securities account on a payment schedule of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual.

What is required?

        The Application for Funds Transfer form signed with your instructions and a personalized "VOID" cheque of where you want the funds to be withdrawn from.

Online Deposits Directly to your RBC Dominion Securities Account

Lump-sum deposits can also be directly deposited to your RBC DS non-registered accounts.  If you have online banking, RBC DS would be set-up as a payeefunds can then be transferred similar to a bill payment.  It takes approximately 2 days for the funds to post to your Dominion Securities account.

Set-up Instructionshow to wire money to your RBC DS Account:

        From the main RBC Online Banking site.

        Click on Pay Bills & Transfer Funds on the right hand side

        Click on Create/Update Payee List

        Click Add new payee

        Type RBC Dominion and hit searchthis will bring up the option RBC Dominion Securities

        Type in your DS account number xxxxxxxxxx in the account number field
